I am located at Lustré Hair, the address is 2155 E University Dr Tempe AZ 85288 Suite 209A, right off of the 101.
Where is our hair sourced from?
We partner with a premium manufacturer in Qingdao, China, internationally recognized for producing high-end Remy human hair extensions trusted by stylists worldwide. Our hair is selected for its softness, integrity, natural movement, and long-lasting quality. We prioritize quality over mass production, carefully selecting hair that maintains softness, fullness, and blendability over time.
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 48 hours before the appointment time. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the appointment fee for less than 48 and 100% for no-shows or same day cancellations.
What products do you recommend?
I recommend and sell Unite haircare products! I do sell some of these products on my page, but let me know what you need and we can see about getting it for you. I also recommend and sell Alurum and Kenra products in the salon.

Do you have a policy for hair concerns following appointments?
If you have any concerns with your hair, please do not hesitate to reach out! We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two days of the initial service.
